{"id":11619,"date":"2019-04-24T15:40:38","date_gmt":"2019-04-24T13:40:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/cdti-publica-el-informe-tecnico-anual-con-el-balance-del-proyecto-superwear-liderado-por-tmcomas\/"},"modified":"2020-10-12T11:34:57","modified_gmt":"2020-10-12T09:34:57","slug":"cdti-publica-el-informe-tecnico-anual-con-el-balance-del-proyecto-superwear-liderado-por-tmcomas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/en\/cdti-publica-el-informe-tecnico-anual-con-el-balance-del-proyecto-superwear-liderado-por-tmcomas\/","title":{"rendered":"Informe t\u00e9cnico final del balance del Proyecto SuperWEAR liderado por TMCOMAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado mes de enero, y despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os y medio de trabajo, se cerr\u00f3 oficialmente el <strong>Proyecto SuperWEAR<\/strong> con una <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/el-proyecto-superwear-se-cierra-con-una-ultima-reunion-celebrada-en-las-instalaciones-de-tmcomas\/\">\u00faltima reuni\u00f3n en las instalaciones de <strong>TMCOMAS.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ahora, unos meses despu\u00e9s, hemos publicado el informe t\u00e9cnico final del balance total de este proyecto que, en conjunto, ha sido muy positivo.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5711\" src=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Logos-SuperWEAR-TMCOMAS-CDTI.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Entre los principales resultados que ha obtenido el <strong>Proyecto SuperWEAR<\/strong> el informe destaca:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Definici\u00f3n de las especificaciones.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollo de las suspensiones basadas en una composici\u00f3n ternaria de \u00f3xidos cer\u00e1micos:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5706\" src=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/desarrollo-de-suspensiones-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"908\" height=\"587\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Desarrollo de un hardware especial para la proyecci\u00f3n de las suspensiones.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollo y caracterizaci\u00f3n de los nuevos recubrimientos STS adaptados a los segmentos de mercado seleccionados. Se contemplaron formulaciones diferentes para cada aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Optimizaci\u00f3n y escalado del proceso, fabricaci\u00f3n de demostradores y validaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Para acceder a todos los detalles de este informe lo pod\u00e9is hacer a trav\u00e9s del siguiente enlace:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Descarga-Informe-Completo.pdf\">Descarga Informe Completo<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sobre el Proyecto SuperWEAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/superwearproject.com\/\"><strong>Proyecto SuperWEAR<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(New cost-effective suspensi\u00f3n ceramic coating with superior wear and insulating properties\/ E!9756) del\u00a0<strong>Programa Eurostars,\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/tmcomas-coordinador-del-proyecto-superwear-new-cost-effective-suspension-ceramic-coatings-with-superior-wear-and-insulating-properties-del-programa-eurostars\/\">arranc\u00f3 oficialmente el 27 de enero de 2016<\/a>, con un Kick-off meeting que se realiz\u00f3 en el\u00a0<strong>Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n Fraunhofer-IWS\u00a0de Dresden, en Alemania.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La finalidad principal de este proyecto era obtener\u00a0<strong>recubrimientos cer\u00e1micos rentables<\/strong>\u00a0que mejoren el comportamiento al desgaste y la corrosi\u00f3n, con el objetivo de implementar, a nivel industrial y por primera vez en Europa, la t\u00e9cnica de\u00a0<strong>proyecci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica Suspension Thermal Spraying (STS).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los recubrimientos cer\u00e1micos obtenidos mediante\u00a0<strong>Suspension Thermal Spraying<\/strong>\u00a0ofrecen ventajas interesantes en comparaci\u00f3n a los recubrimientos tradicionales de proyecci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica, tales como una estructura altamente refinada, superficies m\u00e1s lisas, capas de aportaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s finas, mejora en la resistencia al desgaste o propiedades aislantes. Por todo esto, la t\u00e9cnica STS puede ofrecer a la industria<strong>\u00a0recubrimientos con mayor rendimiento al desgaste<\/strong>\u00a0que ofrecer\u00edan la posibilidad de sustituir las t\u00e9cnicas de cromado duro suprimiendo el Cr (VI).<\/p>\n<p>En este proyecto bilateral entre Alemania y Espa\u00f1a y liderado por\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/\"><strong>TMCOMAS<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0gracias a su dilatada experiencia en el campo del I+D, tambi\u00e9n participan\u00a0<strong>OBZ Innovation, GTV Verschlei\u00dfschutz, STERN Hidr\u00e1ulica y FRAUNHOFER\u2013Gesellschaft.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de estos meses de proyecto, y a parte de la reuni\u00f3n de lanzamiento y de cierre del proyecto, se han realizado varias reuniones de seguimiento entre los participantes. Entre ellas, en las instalaciones de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/tmcomas-coordinador-del-proyecto-superwear-new-cost-effective-suspension-ceramic-coatings-with-superior-wear-and-insulating-properties-del-programa-eurostars\/\"><strong>GTV Verschlei\u00dfschutz en Luckenbach<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0(Alemania), en el\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/tmcomas-participa-en-un-taller-de-superwear-en-el-ikts-iws-de-fraunhofer\/\"><strong>IKTS-IWS de Fraunhofer en Dresden<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0(Alemania), en la sede de\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/nueva-reunion-del-proyecto-superwear-en-el-pais-vasco\/\"><strong>TEKNIKER, en el Pa\u00eds Vasco<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0o en nuestras instalaciones de\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/reunion-de-seguimiento-del-proyecto-superwear-en-las-instalaciones-de-tmcomas\/\"><strong>TMCOMAS, en Blanes<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En total, el\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/superwearproject.com\/\"><strong>Proyecto SuperWEAR<\/strong><\/a><strong>, financiado por el\u00a0Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico Industrial (CDTI),\u00a0<\/strong>ha contado con un presupuesto total de<strong>\u00a01.690.309,42 euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5625\" src=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/logos.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"665\" height=\"196\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado mes de enero, y despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os y medio de trabajo, se cerr\u00f3 oficialmente el Proyecto SuperWEAR con una \u00faltima reuni\u00f3n en las instalaciones de TMCOMAS.
