Y en esta ocasi\u00f3n, nuestro cliente necesitaba llevar a cabo una <strong>reparaci\u00f3n compleja que requer\u00eda de una soluci\u00f3n hecha a medida.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Concretamente, se trataba de un <strong>eje superior de un agitador<\/strong> que trabaja en condiciones extremas en una <strong>planta petroqu\u00edmica especializada en la producci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1sticos t\u00e9cnicos.<\/strong> Este eje transmite el par entre el motor y el eje agitador y la zona desgastada corresponde a la zona de alojamiento del cierre mec\u00e1nico. Adem\u00e1s, el reactor trabaja a un m\u00e1ximo de 190\u00baC y 20 bar de presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por todo ello, el cliente buscaba recuperar el di\u00e1metro original de la zona de cierre del eje, que era de Titanio Grado 7, y <strong>el material de aportaci\u00f3n se decidi\u00f3 que fuera Titanio Grado 1, el grado de mayor pureza y mejor soldabilidad<\/strong>. Todo un reto a la hora de buscar la soluci\u00f3n de reparaci\u00f3n perfecta para sus necesidades.<\/p>\n<p>Pero una vez m\u00e1s, y como siempre, <strong>des de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\">TMCOMAS<\/a> analizamos en detalle las caracter\u00edsticas concretas de esta reparaci\u00f3n y desarrollamos espec\u00edficamente para este trabajo<\/strong>, unos par\u00e1metros y unas condiciones especiales para poder hacer el <strong>recargue mediante <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/laser-cladding\/\">Laser Cladding<\/a><\/strong>, sin la necesidad de
