Actualmente, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\"><strong>TMCOMAS<\/strong><\/a> est\u00e1 desarrollando la <strong>soldadura de aleaciones Babbit o metal blanco<\/strong> dentro del marco del <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/proyecto\/fampai\/\">Proyecto FAMPAI<\/a> subvencionado por ACCI\u00d3 a trav\u00e9s del Fondo europeo FEDER<\/strong>. Concretamente, <strong>la aleaci\u00f3n utilizada es un material antifricci\u00f3n base esta\u00f1o atomizado en las instalaciones del <em>Centre Tecnol\u00f2gic de Catalunya &#8211; EURECAT<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 La monitorizaci\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n del ba\u00f1o fundido de estos materiales son esenciales, ya que la acumulaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda residual del proceso afecta significativamente a la obtenci\u00f3n de geometr\u00edas 2D constantes.<\/p>\n<p>Otro ejemplo real de aplicaci\u00f3n de este controlador, es el <strong>recargue de vainas de termopar de pared delgada<\/strong>. En este caso, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\"><strong>TMCOMAS<\/strong><\/a> recarga de manera habitual con Stellite 6 vainas de termopar de AISI 316 para su uso en ambientes en los que se combinan fen\u00f3menos de corrosi\u00f3n y desgaste. Para esta aplicaci\u00f3n, <strong>el control de la potencia del l\u00e1ser es indispensable para asegurara la calidad del recargue de Stellite 6 y la integridad de la vaina de pared
