Actuellement,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/fr\/\"><strong>TMCOMAS<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0est en train de d\u00e9velopper la\u00a0<strong>soudure d\u2019alliages Babbit ou m\u00e9tal blanc<\/strong>\u00a0dans le cadre du\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/proyecto\/fampai\/\"><strong>Projet FAMPAI<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0subventionn\u00e9 par ACCI\u00d3 \u00e0 travers le Fond europ\u00e9en FEDER<\/strong>. Concr\u00e8tement,\u00a0<strong>l\u2019alliage utilis\u00e9 est un mat\u00e9riau antifriction \u00e0 base d\u2019\u00e9tain atomis\u00e9 dans les installations du\u00a0<\/strong><em><strong>Centre Technologique de Catalogne \u2013 EURECAT<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0 Le contr\u00f4le et la r\u00e9gulation du bain de fusion de ces mat\u00e9riaux sont essentiels, puisque l\u2019accumulation d\u2019\u00e9nergie r\u00e9siduelle du processus affecte significativement l\u2019obtention de g\u00e9om\u00e9tries 2D constantes.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre exemple r\u00e9el d\u2019application de ce r\u00e9gulateur est le\u00a0<strong>rechargement de gaines pour thermocouple \u00e0 paroi mince<\/strong>. Dans ce cas,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/fr\/\"><strong>TMCOMAS<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0recharge comme il le fait habituellement, avec Stellite 6, des gaines pour thermocouple de AISI 316 pour un usage dans des environnements o\u00f9 sont combin\u00e9s des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de corrosion et d\u2019usure. Pour cette application,\u00a0<strong>le contr\u00f4le de la puissance du laser est indispensable pour assurer la qualit\u00e9 de la recharge de Stellite 6 et l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la gaine
