{"id":13727,"date":"2022-03-15T10:39:50","date_gmt":"2022-03-15T09:39:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/tmcomas-participa-en-el-proyecto-de-investigacion-vivaldi\/"},"modified":"2022-03-16T09:32:15","modified_gmt":"2022-03-16T08:32:15","slug":"tmcomas-participe-au-projet-vivaldi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/fr\/tmcomas-participe-au-projet-vivaldi\/","title":{"rendered":"TMCOMAS participe au Projet VIVALDI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/fr\"><strong>TMCOMAS<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0participe au programme dans le cadre du <strong>Projet de recherche VIVALDI\u00a0<\/strong>(Valorisation des r\u00e9sidus c\u00e9ramiques et m\u00e9talliques par la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de poudre pour la fabrication additive et autres applications de Haute Valeur Ajout\u00e9e)\u00a0dont<strong>\u00a0l\u2019objectif est la recherche industrielle sur la valorisation des r\u00e9sidus de mat\u00e9riaux composites, m\u00e9talliques et c\u00e9ramiques par la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de poudres recycl\u00e9es qui peuvent \u00eatre trait\u00e9es par Laser Cladding.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outre <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/fr\">TMCOMAS<\/a><\/strong>, \u00e0 ce programme subventionn\u00e9 par le\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdti.es\/index.asp?MP=101&amp;MS=823&amp;MN=2\">CDTI\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>(dossier MIP 20211033), \u00e0 travers le\u00a0<strong>Programme MISIONES\u00a0<\/strong>et soutenu par le Minist\u00e8re des Sciences et de l\u2019Innovation, y assisteront \u00e9galement,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcn3d.com\/es\/\">BCN3D<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/samylabs.com\/\">SamyLabs<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/colfeed.com\/\">Colfeed<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcircular.com\/es\/\">Bcircular<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/grupalart.com\/es\/\">Grupal Art<\/a>\u00a0et comptera sur la collaboration des organismes tels que\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/\">Eurecat<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fundaciocim.org\/\">Fundaci\u00f3n CIM de UPC<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.csic.es\/es\">CSIC<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cenim.csic.es\/index.php\/el-cenim\">CENIM<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ici \u00e0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/fr\"><strong>\u00a0TMCOMAS<\/strong><\/a>, et de pair avec notre\u00a0<strong>Responsable du D\u00e9partement Technique, Jaume Nin<\/strong>, et son \u00e9quipe, nous serons charg\u00e9s de <strong>collecter les r\u00e9sidus susceptibles de pr\u00e9senter une valeur,<\/strong>\u00a0au sein de nos processus de projection thermique et de fabrication de paliers \u00e0 r\u00e9gule. En collaboration avec\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/\">Eurecat<\/a>, nous travaillerons sur l\u2019<strong>obtention de poudre recycl\u00e9e \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e utile pour l\u2019obtention de nouveaux rev\u00eatements par Laser Cladding.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec un\u00a0<strong>budget total de 1.720.818 \u20ac<\/strong>, le projet\u00a0<strong>VIVALDI<\/strong>\u00a0a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 au mois de novembre dernier (2021), et sera ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 sur un total de de\u00a0<strong>26\u00a0mois<\/strong>\u00a0(jusqu\u2019en
