Plus exactement, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a re\u00e7u cette aide pour avoir int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans son \u00e9quipe une personne impliqu\u00e9e dans les actions du Plan de Formation du\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.camara.es\/formacion-y-empleo\/programa-integral-de-cualificacion-y-empleo\"><strong>PROGRAMME COMPLET DE QUALIFICATION ET EMPLOI<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(financ\u00e9es par le\u00a0<strong>Fond Social Europ\u00e9en, dans le cadre du Programme Op\u00e9rationnel de l\u2019Emploi pour la Jeunesse<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-13845 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/union-europea-300x75.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"75\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/union-europea-300x75.png 300w, https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/union-europea.png 304w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13848 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sistema-de-garantia-juvenil.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"201\" height=\"123\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-13851 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ministerio-de-trabajo-300x85.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"85\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ministerio-de-trabajo-300x85.png 300w, https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ministerio-de-trabajo.png 330w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13854 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/camara-de-comercio.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"102\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le \u00a0programme, qui porte le nom de <strong>Program<\/strong><strong>me<\/strong><strong> Complet de Qualifica<\/strong><strong>t<\/strong><strong>i<\/strong><strong>o<\/strong><strong>n <\/strong><strong>et<\/strong><strong> Emplo<\/strong><strong>i<\/strong><strong> 2022<\/strong>, est financ\u00e9 par le\u00a0<strong>Fond Social Europ<\/strong><strong>\u00e9en<\/strong> <strong>dans<\/strong><strong> l<\/strong><strong>e<\/strong> <strong>cadre<\/strong><strong> d<\/strong><strong>u<\/strong><strong> Program<\/strong><strong>me<\/strong><strong> Op<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>rationnel del\u2019Emplo<\/strong><strong>i pour la <\/strong><strong>J<\/strong><strong>eunesse<\/strong><strong> 2014-2020,<\/strong>\u00a0et compte \u00e9galement sur la participation du\u00a0<strong>S<\/strong><strong>y<\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><strong>t\u00e8<\/strong><strong>m<\/strong><strong>e<\/strong><strong> Na<\/strong><strong>t<\/strong><strong>ional de Garantie pour la Jeunesse de SEPE, du Minist\u00e8re du Travail et de l\u2019\u00c9conomie Sociale du Gouvernement Espagnol, ainsi que la Chambre de Commerce Espagnole.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Ce programme d\u2019aides a pour principaux objectifs :\u00a0<strong>a<\/strong><strong>ccro\u00eetre<\/strong><strong> l\u2019embauche \u00e0 caract\u00e8re ind\u00e9fini de<\/strong><strong>s jeunes<\/strong><strong> person<\/strong><strong>ne<\/strong><strong>s\u00a0<\/strong><strong>sans emploi<\/strong> et qui ne font partie d\u2019aucun syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif ni d\u2019aucune formation et des jeunes courant le risque d\u2019exclusion sociale issus des communaut\u00e9s marginalis\u00e9es, \u00e0 travers l\u2019application de la garantie pour la jeunesse; en plus d\u2019aider leur int\u00e9gration durable dans le cadre professionnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/fr\"><strong>* TMCOMAS<\/strong><\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire du FSE, dont l\u2019objectif est de <strong>promouvoir la durabilit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi,<\/strong> et gr\u00e2ce auquel elle a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>l\u2019embauche de jeunes allocataires du Syst\u00e8me National de Garantie pour la Jeunesse<\/strong>, encourageant la baisse du taux de ch\u00f4mage des jeunes en Espagne par le renforcement du recrutement.
