{"id":6673,"date":"2016-03-18T07:29:30","date_gmt":"2016-03-18T06:29:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/tmcomas-y-eurecat-ctm-investigan-tecnologias-para-evitar-el-desgaste-en-maquinaria-y-herramientas\/"},"modified":"2020-09-08T17:47:44","modified_gmt":"2020-09-08T15:47:44","slug":"tmcomas-et-eurecat-ctm-enquete-technologies-pour-prevenir-lusure-des-machines-et-des-outils","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/fr\/tmcomas-et-eurecat-ctm-enquete-technologies-pour-prevenir-lusure-des-machines-et-des-outils\/","title":{"rendered":"TMCOMAS et Eurecat-CTM enqu\u00eate technologies pour pr\u00e9venir l&#8217;usure des machines et des outils"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>COMMUNIQU\u00c9 DE PRESSE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Barcelone, 29 f\u00e9vrier 2016.-<\/strong> Des investigateurs du centre technologie Eurecat-CTM (membre de TECNIO) et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 TMCOMAS ont particip\u00e9 au projet Intedureca, qui \u00e9tudie de nouvelles technologies et mat\u00e9riaux de surface durs, afin de pr\u00e9venir la corrosion et l&#8217;usure d\u2019haute temp\u00e9rature, en composants m\u00e9caniques, machines et outils.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet, qui est financ\u00e9 par le programme Iberoeka est une recherche bilat\u00e9rale entre l&#8217;Espagne et l&#8217;Argentine, dans lequel part l&#8217;Institut Argentin de Sid\u00e9rurgie et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du pays sud-am\u00e9ricain Hardfacing.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019Intedureca est le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en \u0153uvre de nouveaux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication li\u00e9s \u00e0 des technologies et mat\u00e9riaux innovants de rechargement dur pour une application en divers composants m\u00e9caniques, des machines et des outils dirig\u00e9s au secteurs des valvules, l\u2019exploitation mini\u00e8re, l\u2019industrie du ciment, l\u2019industrie sid\u00e9rurgie, la p\u00e9trochimique, la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie, la chimique du plastique et textile, entre autres.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ces secteurs, la r\u00e9duction de l&#8217;usure ou d&#8217;att\u00e9nuation des effets de la corrosion sont l&#8217;un des principaux objectifs \u00e0 atteindre. Pour ce faire, dans le projet de nouveaux rev\u00eatements avec des caract\u00e9ristiques fonctionnelles optimis\u00e9es seront d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es en utilisant diverses technologies de rechargements par soudage tels que rev\u00eatement laser et PTA (Plasma Arc Transf\u00e9r\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Le projet Intedureca, qui a commenc\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de Septembre 2015, dure deux ans et est financ\u00e9 par le Centre pour le D\u00e9veloppement de la Technologie Industrielle (CDTI) d&#8217;Espagne et le Minist\u00e8re de la Science, Technologie et Innovation Productive (MINCYT) de l&#8217;Argentine, dans le cadre du Programme International de Coop\u00e9ration Technologique du programme Iberoeka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 propos d\u2019Eurecat-CTM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Foundation CTM Centre Technologic fait partie d\u2019Eurecat, Centre de la Technologie de la Catalogne (membre du TECNIO), qui r\u00e9unit l&#8217;expertise de 450 professionnels qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent le volume du chiffre d&#8217;affaires de 38 M\u20ac par an.<\/p>\n<p>Elle sert aussi un millier d&#8217;entreprises, impliqu\u00e9es dans 160 projets de R&amp;D+i nationaux et internationaux d\u2019haute valeur strat\u00e9gique nationale et internationale i et dispose de 73 brevets et 7 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de technologie.
