En m\u00eame temps, il y aura un syst\u00e8me de surveillance du proc\u00e8s laser qui contr\u00f4lera les param\u00e8tres afin d\u2019assurer une qualit\u00e9 uniforme le long du cordon. Ce syst\u00e8me constitue un outil efficace et novateur pour r\u00e9parer des pi\u00e8ces de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe et recharger des surfaces de mani\u00e8re s\u00e9lective. Cela signifie un pas en avant dans la mise en \u0153uvre industrielle d&#8217;un processus de recharge automatique.<\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de rev\u00eatement laser cladding a le potentiel pour remplacer le processus laser classique. Actuellement, pour recharger des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes il est n\u00e9cessaire de programmer de nombreux chemins pour les cordons.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la nouvelle interface de programmation, cette t\u00e2che sera simplifi\u00e9e et le temps de programmation sera r\u00e9duit.
