Et \u00e0 cette occasion, notre client demandait une\u00a0<strong>r\u00e9paration complexe qui requ\u00e9rait une solution sur mesure.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agissait concr\u00e8tement d\u2019un\u00a0<strong>arbre sup\u00e9rieur d\u2019un agitateur<\/strong>\u00a0travaillant dans des conditions extr\u00eames dans une\u00a0<strong>usine p\u00e9trochimique sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la production de plastiques techniques.<\/strong>\u00a0Cet arbre transmet la rotation du moteur \u00e0 l\u2019arbre agitateur, et la zone us\u00e9e correspond \u00e0 la zone de logement de la fermeture m\u00e9canique. Il faut aussi ajouter que le r\u00e9acteur travaille \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature maximum de 190\u00baC et une pression de 20 bars.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 cet effet, le client cherchait \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le diam\u00e8tre original de la zone de fermeture de l\u2019arbre qui \u00e9tait en Titane Degr\u00e9 7. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que\u00a0<strong>le mat\u00e9riau d\u2019apport soit le Titane Degr\u00e9 1, le degr\u00e9 le plus pur et de meilleure soudabilit\u00e9<\/strong>. Un vrai d\u00e9fi lors de la recherche de la solution de r\u00e9paration parfaite et conforme \u00e0 leurs exigences.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois encore, et comme toujours,\u00a0<strong>\u00e0\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/fr\/\"><strong>TMCOMAS<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0nous avons analys\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail les caract\u00e9ristiques concr\u00e8tes de cette r\u00e9paration et nous avons
