Dans ce cas-l\u00e0, notre client souhaitait une <strong>r\u00e9paration des pi\u00e8ces statiques et dynamiques d\u2019une Pompe Cryog\u00e9nique de neufs \u00e9tages, <\/strong><strong>ainsi que la fabrication de nouveaux diffuseurs et d\u2019impulseurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcomas.com\/fr\">TMCOMAS<\/a>,<\/strong> nous avons alors commenc\u00e9 le travail par la r\u00e9alisation de la r\u00e9troconception d\u2019un \u00e9tage \u00e0 partir d\u2019un \u00e9chantillon que nous avions pr\u00e9alablement re\u00e7u dans nos installations (compos\u00e9 d\u2019un impulseur et d\u2019un diffuseur de deux pi\u00e8ces), avant de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 sa future fabrication. Durant ce processus de r\u00e9troconception, le profil des ailettes int\u00e9rieures des impulseurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9fini et la bague en bronze d\u2019aspiration, d\u00e9mont\u00e9e, pour pouvoir r\u00e9aliser le plan. Pr\u00e9cisons aussi que les deux parties des diffuseurs ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9mont\u00e9es, ainsi que les diff\u00e9rentes bagues, afin de pouvoir r\u00e9aliser, de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, les plans correspondants.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12564 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"563\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen1.png 563w, https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen1-300x226.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 563px) 100vw, 563px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12567 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"597\" height=\"322\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen2.png 597w, https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen2-300x162.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 597px) 100vw, 597px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le mat\u00e9riau et la duret\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s pour d\u00e9terminer le type d\u2019aluminium auquel il correspondait, puis nous avons coordonn\u00e9 la construction de moules en bois et la fusion ult\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fabrication et r\u00e9paration des diffuseurs :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les corps int\u00e9rieurs et ext\u00e9rieurs des diffuseurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fusion d\u2019aluminium et, par la suite, un traitement thermique de solution et vieillissement artificiel (T6) a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques. Deux nouveaux diffuseurs complets ont d\u00fb \u00eatre construits, mais les 7 autres ont pu \u00eatre r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s. De m\u00eame que pour les diffuseurs, 2 d\u2019entre eux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconstruits et les autres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s. Les essais non-destructifs correspondants ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour \u00e9valuer l\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019arbre. Comme le r\u00e9sultat obtenu a \u00e9t\u00e9 positif, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu de r\u00e9aliser la r\u00e9paration de l\u2019arbre par projection thermique (TECNOPLASMA 990 -alliage m\u00e9tallique base Nickel- sur la zone de roulement et TECNOPLASMA 639 -c\u00e9ramique r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l\u2019usure &#8211; sur les zones de contact avec les bagues du diffuseur), pour terminer ensuite par la rectification finale.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12588 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen9.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"596\" height=\"274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen9.png 596w, https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen9-300x138.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 596px) 100vw, 596px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12591 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"596\" height=\"495\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen10.png 596w, https:\/\/tmcomas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Imagen10-300x249.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 596px) 100vw, 596px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cas, et \u00e0 la demande du client, l\u2019ensemble a \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9mont\u00e9 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 assembl\u00e9 dans l\u2019atelier. Normalement, les ensembles rotors de machines tournantes se montent et s\u2019\u00e9quilibrent au complet, avant de l\u2019envoyer au client.
