Service to store rotors of up to 10 tons.
Backed by our almost 70 years of history and our long history in the mechanical and surface engineering sector that has consolidated us as a reference in the repair of rotating machines, at TMCOMAS we have launched a new service for our clients: our Vertical warehouse for critical turbine and compressor rotors.
With new, state-of-the-art facilities of more than 6,000 m2, the vertical rotor warehouse has a total of 200 m2, exclusively used to safely and correctly store critical rotors weighing up to 10 tons.
Furthermore, and thanks to both the knowledge of our highly qualified staff and our experience of more than 25 years in the repair of rotating machines, in our vertical rotor warehouse the ambient temperature is strictly controlled with a minimum of 15º C and with a maximum humidity of 50%.
With these conditions we ensure the maintenance of the stored rotors in perfect condition, preventing any possibility of damage and oxidation.
At TMCOMAS we guarantee delivery to the customer between 48 and 72 hours once the control balancing has been carried out, as well as a 12-month warranty starting from the day of delivery, for rotors that have been previously repaired in our facilities.
