The last 16th, 17th and 18th of November, AIN (Navarra Industry Association – Asociación de la Industria Navarra) held the XV Surface Engineering Course in Pamplona.
Once again, TMCOMAS has actively participated in the course and this time, Dr. Jaume Nin, head of the technical department and R & D, has been commissioned to conduct a specialized on laser cladding coatings and its multiple applications at industrial level.
During the three days that lasted the course, the speakers discussed the main existing developments around the Surface Engineering as plasma or thermochemical assisted treatments and thermal spray or laser cladding coatings, among others.
The course organized by AIN, a benchmark in the sector at the national level, aims to share advances in materials and treatments performed in recent years in different sectors, including automotive, aerospace, renewable energy and metal.
